easiest way would be to use the same seed and just change the skin/hair color/style on one prompt and then blend them in photoshop (easier than it sounds, literally overlay one atop the other and use the eraser tool(blend along the edges afterward before/after merging)

takes 10 minutes but saves 5 hours of spinning roulette wheel on making the robot do the impossible

You can gen this sort of thing reliably by using both regional prompter and controlnet at the same time. First gen a 1girl pic normally to use as a controlnet reference. Pick a controlnet model that's blind to colors, like depth, canny or anytest; and either use low strength or mask out things you do want to change, like half of her hairstyle, shape of one eye, etc. Then draw your prompt region masks using the girl's position in the reference image. Picrel had zero inpainting done, and I can reroll a dozen seed variants that are all split where I want.

"split theme" tag can sometimes help too, but it tends to do a very clean cut right down the middle of both the girl and the entire pic.

These are really awesome, my favorites are the ones inside a cockpit in space versus the lab setting. I like the idea of her being in combat/test flight experiencing all the sensations. The only reason I did that marine onahole animation was because I had already generated a dozen or so images to illustrate a short story of her finding cursed treasure and turning into an onahole. I adapted those into the keyframes I used for the video, but that is also the reason the background is too detailed or random at times. Images made for animation need much simpler background.

I was putting together a few illustrated TF and femdom stories but hadn't settled on a site to host them on yet. Deviantart is shit and pixiv needs pixelation. And now with videos even DA you have to pay for premium to host videos.

... huh. For some reason, adetailer seems to mess up regional prompter when doing batches. After the first generation, it'll still separate the image roughly into panels, but you get a lot of 'cross talk' between separations. Eg: trying to make a 2koma, the first generation's first panel will be SFW, with the NSFW elements in the second panel. On the second+ generations, the format breaks down and the pornographic elements appear in both panels.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I use Forge on my local PC but when I went to CivitAI to download Wan2.2 the only option was to use it, not to download it. If there's a way to download it for local diffusion I would love to do that.

I had issues with forge and a 5000x GPU due top pytorch issues and the CUDA 1.28 thing, so no idea.
For video your best best offline is webui as it has a wan2.2 installer and sample workflows included.

Here is a video showing how to install and use it offline, starting with the webui install and then the wan2.2 stuff. doesnt do a deep dive but it gets you started doing image to video, text to video, and image start/stop video gen.
