I had considered making this thread ONLY tentacle/pregnancy as some of /d/'s more absurdist offerings put me off but I don't want to stifle discussion. Novel imaginativeness can be appreciated no matter one's tastes. Feel free to take elements of anons' ideas and rework them into your fetish, and give (You)s as people like their ideas being considered.
I for instance love pregnant sex but dislike humanoid birth. I instead love tentacle birth but actually prefer humanoid sex slightly over tentacle sex. These contradict each other but I can integrate them into one fucking hot concept by simply giving the tentacle swarm a humanoid transformation. Add my love of sex magic and temp-futanarization and we're off to the races.

So I thought I'd dump my ideas as I've written earlier in >>11401365. Currently I only have a 3k words draft cooked up which I'll post in AO3 once I'm done with it, but basically the setting is like this:

>the cast of magical girls are called Correctors, whose jobs is to send these creatures back to makai by portal magic after disabling them, this slows down the collision.
>the catch is that modern earth has no magical energy at all, while makai is aflush with it, so the only way the Correctors can recharge their powers is by being connected to makai in some form.
>some exposition about how magic is channeled through emotions and shit means they need to have sex with monsters to recharge

Sequential hermaphroditism is a biological process in which an organism changes sex during its lifetime. It is common in plants, gastropods and certain fish species. In clownfish, for example, the dominant male becomes female if the breeding female dies.
