A brief synopsis is that after receiving an odd package and an experience at the park the protagonist starts to experience vivid and sexual/disturbing dreams that involve TF and fertility. The gameplay is split between a kind of social simulation with a few core characters during the day (where the protagonist must deal with changes caused by the dreams) and sort of yume nikki style weird dream puzzles at night (where actions you take increase the protagonist's awakeness, and when you reach maximum awakeness you wake up for the next day). My favorite parts of the gameplay are probably that there aren't "bad end" failure states, the game just keeps on going no matter what (though there is one state that is more of a pain in the ass than interesting, but it's not hard to avoid) and that the puzzles don't hold your hand, but are also solvable (I am peeved by how easy most puzzles are in modern games). In addition the dialogue excellently sets the tone for what I think the author is going for, making it a quite fun and immersive experience for me (it and magical camp are the GOAT tsf games in my opinion).
You will definitely need a piece of paper to write stuff down and really explore/think, but I haven't needed a guide to solve anything, and I think I reached the end of current content (there is story content and puzzle content that are not fully separate, but are not necessarily entwined, however getting deep into the dream puzzles will help you figure out the mystery of what's going on easier). Overall if you like mystery and weirdness then I highly recommend it.
Unrelated to Coffee Story, but in this thread I saw a couple screenshots that appear to be from a translated copy of Monster Girl TS Region, however I wasn't able to find anything about one existing after searching a bit, does anyone know something about it? Pic related.
