- buy a bag of snow/ice melt salt (calcium chloride)
- fill a pillow case with it and hang it above a bucket
- air moisture will condense on salt, drip into bucket
- the bucket will gradually fill and the salt will gradually dissolve.

be careful disposing the salty water, if you spill it on something like wood you have a spot that will condense moisture for months.

Ok if you can't even buy the raw materials to make a homemade dehumidifier yourself and can only depend on your body, then from now on when you are inside, breathe in really fast and hard through your mouth nearly to the point of hyperventilation so you get a lot of moisture, but breathe out very slowly and deliberately through your noise so you retain most of the moisture.

Run the air conditioner. Seal off any incoming moist air or moisture sources. Keep positive pressure in the area.

The petiter semiconductor dehumidifiers are sadly inefficient in both electricity and slow in water condensed.
