I live in a trailer park, yes I know I'm a poorffag. Anyway, last night I'm pulling some stuff out from under the bathroom sink and notice the floor under the drain is wet. I feel around the pipes, no sign of anything leaking but I hear water flowing. The incoming water lines for the sink are located directly in front of the access point for underneath the trailer, pop the cover off and one of the pex elbows is pissing water onto the subfloor. I threw some sealant tape onto it as a quick fix but going to have to repair later today. I'd usually chalk it up to the pipe failing/freezing but someone's been fucking with the door to underneath my trailer and the neighbors trailer has the same fucking problem with a spraying pipe right next to his access. What's a good way to booby trap/deter whatever nigger is fucking with my plumbing? I'm thinking about rigging a dye pack or something to blow up in their face the next time the access gets opened.

How about putting a cheap security camera there? You'll have video of the person and you'll be alerted as soon as it happens.

They sell cheap motion activated wireless alarms.
You will need one with a remote to arm / disarm.
Take apart and connect the speaker leads to something which would rupture a dye pack, for example a solenoid.which will poke a mousetrap with the dye pack attached.
Leave it in that space and arm once you close the door. Remember to disarm if you are going to access something there.
