Tips for sealing this door gap between my garage and house? There's already weather stripping but the door frame is just warped into the wall. I know I need to pull the trim off and shim it but it's a pain in the ass and will fuck up the trim

Just get one of those brush-type weather stripping add-ons that installs on the face of the door at the bottom of the door like picrel. Probably put it on the inside face. There's flexible rubber ones, too.

install a door sweep. weather strips are not supposed to be used for the underside of doors except for storm doors.

Is that a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor/threshold, or is the picture rotated and it's a gap between the door and the jamb?

If it's a gap at the bottom, install a sweep.
If it's a gap at the jamb, install a seal on the jamb flush with the face of the door.
