I have got a portable AC in one room (the one with the hose out of the window). Unfortunately I cant get window unit or split unit. How do I make the cold air from one room go to the other? Without moving the AC to a different room and reconnecting the hose out of the window every 30 minutes?

I wanna cool down my whole house with it without moving it basically

Get a length of flexible HVAC ducting and run it between the rooms, then put an inline duct fan on it.

Or get a second portable AC unit for the other room.

If you're cooling a fixed volume of air it's going to require a certain amount of power to do it. Whether you're running 1 unit to cool both rooms or running 2 units to cool them in half the time, it's going to use roughly the same amount of power.

You were almost there... but then you took a couple steps backward.

Open and close the interior doors aggressively for 2 minutes every 15 minutes.
