What would you do about this issue with a neighbor without dragging it through court? To make his new roof perfectly square he went over the property line but it's too close.
Kek. What is this? Is that your house to the left OP? Is that dilapidated looking corner your neighbor's "new" roof? What is wrong with you people? How can you post ridiculous shit like this with zero context and then expect us to be able to actually give you an answer that's any more useful than what Google AI will spit out? There are stupid questions generals for this shit. SQTDDTOT. Talk to your neighbor like a human. Be gracious and reasonable. Work with your neighbor and ask them to work with you. They probably just fucked up and honestly didn't mean to. Even if they could fix the problem, temper your expectations because it will not be an immediate fix. Even if you get the city involved, what are they gonna do? Slap him with fines if he doesn't fix it? If he can't "just fix it", then is that gonna help? Why do I even waste my time with this shit. This is probably just AI farming data anyway.

I'd move out of that disgusting slum.
>>2924672 (OP)This board is about building shit, not helping you solve a property line dispute with your neighbor.

>>2924723Would you not put rain deflector between the roof and the house and call it a day? This is a 100 year old building.

>>2924672 (OP)if your neighbors are unwilling to cooperate then you are powerless. this is where the judge comes in. it's that simple.
