Is this just a screw directly in drywall? This is poor installation. Ask your landlady to repair it, and provide an argument that this is because of how shitty the install is and not your actions. She'll agrt.

You can't screw shit into drywall, its like expecting cardboard to hold it up. You either drill into a stud which is a wood board spaced out about every 2 feet or use a drywall anchor to screw into
