I might be a retarded retard but I need help. I've been trying to find a female piece for this gate hinge that I can bolt to a wooden gate. All I've been able to find are ones that fit a 5/8" pin, weldable ones with no bolt holes, or clamps for chain link.
Does a boltable female piece in this size exist? I don't have access to a welding kit. What can I do apart from removing this and putting a new hinge altogether?
It's bolted inside the post and there's another post flush, blocking the head of the bolt so I would have to cut it off or dig up one of the posts to remove these pieces.

they are called hook and eye gate hinges but you're going to have an easier time just buying a new set instead of trying to just get the eye part

youll probably find 1/2" options with some slop will be ok bo they dont bind up if anything flexes or wraps
these are supposed to be for 1/2" pins
