I just yeeted my first-ever code baby onto GitHub.

I have two major problems.
1. Chrome wont even let me download it (I have to use Brave)
2. I CANNOT get it to auto-start with my PC. I put it in the script 3 different ways, then I moved the start-with-windows process to the installer file, then I even manually placed the shortcut in the startup apps

Someone told me it has a "low download" score and I should sign it, but I've never even made Windows Software before - it is REALLY worth it for free software?

This was driving me INSANE because I kept thinking (as a new software developer) that I was doing something wrong. I spent many hours trying to figure this out, only to determine it's likely not a bug, but a security feature because I didn't pay some big company to unblock it

did you even bother to look in the event viewer logs?

also you haven't actually asked anything. you just did a blog post.

wait a second... did you right click on the program and select "unblock"
