I have this retardedly routed waterline going to my sink.
I tried unscrewing it so o can pull out the cabinet and make this less retarded, but it is stuck.
What would be a good way to cut it and splice it later?
It's stopping me from pulling out the cabinet.

Turn off the water From the Service Entry.
Run all the water you can from Sink and other places to reduce pressure of water everywhere.
Accumulate Towels underneath and snip and unscrew the other side.
????
Profit.

I get that part, just looking for what cutter and splice should i get for this type of line so I can complete the job all at once.
Thanks.
I rounded the but trying to undo it with channelocks.
I'd try the torch to loosen it but the hose is plastic.
Maybe I should and just buy a whole new hose, it can't be that expensive.
