I saw a video about making bags and they showed using dog food bags as test material to try out the designs and practice before using actual cloth. But also it could be usable just as is since it is a tarp like material.
So I took a bag and cut it, cleaned it and taped the edges and it's now a ground sheet to sit on.
I also saw ideas to just cut the bottom off and use it as a cover for small engines outside. Could probably make a back pack cover out of it too.

You do know those plastics are not UV stabilized? After a couple of months the will be broken down and so brittle that they will disintegrate at a touch or in a light breeze.

Do you know poorfags? In a couple of months she'll have enough newly empty dog food bags that she can just make another one.
