Like into your existing City Sewer line from under your house, like this?

Do does this need to be on DL and have to semi-stealth dump (not just parking that bad dude up next to the house).

What sort of Permit etc would be needed to run an RV dump (and Power/Water) to a pad about 120ft from main house? (assuming the grading works out, might need to pile up some dirt to raise the pad or "board walk" for the RV.

just trench in a "clean out" line and run the water/power in the same trench

I don't know where I'm gonna buy a house yet.

And I'm kinda wondering if its one of those thingys you DO NOT TALK ABOUT.

Once you ask, and if they say "no" or give you list of near impossible requirements, they gonna be on the look out for you doing it anyways and illegally.

Now you talking. I just realized my current fairly new rental mini-McMansion has a big about 4" exterior clean-out spug at the ass end of the house in the micro-backyard.

I guess if an "Emergency Repair" has to be made it would be my call as to where to position the new Clean Out. Might as well make it easy for some big truck mounted Snek to access. Might as well run a fresh water, to aid in Clean Out operations, as well as power to help run Snek.

BTW, when wealthy people do shit, including building additions to close to property line, they do EVERYTHING as "Emergency Repair", no permits, just a nasty lawyer or two lurking in shadows.

I didn't need any permit to put in an extra cleanout and a 50A outlet.

They did have to put the cleanout a bit closer to the house than the electric because they couldn't grade it right while passing under my driveway for some reason, it has to slope down towards the main line, which itself slopes down towards the street.
