I fucked up nad made huge mistake drilling in wrong spot. Tried to cover it with wood putty, its very shallow but its still visible. What other option i got here? Any solid advice?

You won't get that fake grain texture without getting a couple different paints and going full Warhammer miniature on it. Filling the hole and making it flush are good enough for me usually, and once you are aware of this you will notice that there are filled up holes all over the place, flat patches in textured drywall, weird spots in wood beams, everything reflects its history.

its visible to you because you know its there and look for it.
this isnt wood its veneer on engineered dogfood and impossible to fix properly.
wait two weeks before doing anything see if you still notice it or remember at all.
what you have done so far looks not worth trying to improve

just get another one of those knobs and stick it there. Will look fine. If it looks wonky just keep adding knobs.
