I have a concrete floor I'm going to put click and lock flooring on. It is quite level and smooth but it's not perfect. I think I'm going to cover it on lauan, but I noticed that OSB is quite a bit cheaper. The concrete floor has a vapor barrier under it and also a waterproof coating on it. Can I use OSB for click and lock flooring or is it too bumpy?

You definitely can, but normally for this purpose you put underlayment. Honestly it does not make a huge difference. OSB is generally cheaper but IF the room ever floods or gets really wet, a wood floor on OSB would be 100% ruined and with underlayment there is a chance that it doesn’t need to be ripped out. Some codes don’t allow OSB for this but it’s rare. Vinyl click lock can even be put on concrete without any wood like layer (with a small layer of foam sound/vibration damping) but I wouldn’t recommend it, it will feel very hard when walking
