Valkyrie Drive Mermaid had a lot of huge boobs too for a non-h anime. You can find most of the characters three sizes in their bio and Lady J is definitely number one (if we don't count the giant girl part). Now that i think of it it's pretty rare to find "huge boobs" nudity in non hentai anime nowadays. Of course you can always find big boobs like in DxD or something but i feel like huge size (爆乳 in japanese) is a rare thing

Nozoki Ana was adapted into one single shitty OAV but i guess it count for the thread since it's a non hentai anime. Very border but still not hentai. And Kotobuki Yuri had a very nice pair of tits, it's a shame that she wasn't the main girl.
