I don't think so, here's why:
There are 3 versions of the show, one censored for TV, one fully uncensored and one less censored one.
The censored one covers nipples with MC-kun chibis, this aired yesterday and looks like this:

The fully uncensored one also aired yesterday, but only on AT-X, which looked like this

Then there's a less censored one. The less censored one shows nipples, but it doesn't show "some parts".
Crunchyroll aired episodes 1 and 2 as usual, uncensored. Then it delayed episode 3, which included pic related.
So they were happy to air the uncensored AT-X version as long as it only included nipples, but they waited for the less censored version (which showed nipples but not the cumshot) for one week.
Then they aired episode 4 as usual, nothing special beyond nipples happened in it, and they decided to delay episode 5 again.
I think it's obvious that CR will air the fully uncensored AT-X as long as it's not to explicit, but will wait for the less censored one if the AT-X is too spicy.
If this was a mistake and they got the episode showing pussy, they would've just contacted the studio, they would've fixed the mistake and they would've aired the AT-X version.
But no, they looked at the AT-X version they got and decided that they can't air it (a lot of people are mad at them for this because they're waiting an entire week for the subbed next episode).
So this means that yeah, this was intended, this was the AT-X version they got, but it was too explicit for them.
So let's hope that they also have to delay the rest of the episodes, then you know that they'll include something good. The next few chapters have a good opportunity to do the same thing as this episode.
TL;DR: Crunchyroll delayed the episode to wait for the version where this scene is cut out, showing that the difference is intentional and they did want to show what they showed.
