Ypu really need to go smewhere else. It's not healthy to stay in a place you hate, interacting with people you hate, treating them like crap and still getting mad because they still don't do what you want.

I'm not against this sort of thematic thing, but these tags are going to do little to nothing unless your entire style and prompt already gravitates to that concept.

"Film noir" as thread theme is not a bad call, we used to have lot of themed threads. But appliying particular tags may not be the best approach.
Because the tags itself are not magical.

You need more than that to get the vibes

I think the bigger issue is they're not booru tags, so unless you're using a model very close to base SDXL it won't do anything. "art deco" has 83 pics, but it's such a broad concept I'm not sure AI would learn it even with thousands, only rough features. Sin City is a movie that didn't inspire much anime fanart, you're better off using monochrome+spot_color. Rain is rain, not sure the "heavy" part does anything.

Funny thing is that I didn't really need to use any inpainting or regional prompters. Thr model that I use (Prefect Illu) tends to do a pretty good job at separating out each character's traits through general prompts alone. I haven't tried Adetailer yet, but I'll take a look at it.
