1) There is a certain way only girls draw girls that is pretty endearing
2) Female artists self inserting themselves into lewd situations or using themselves as reference is hot, especially if they are dorky and bullyable in real life

Try to stick to ones that state themselves or it is stated for them with certainty that they are girls. You can use some context clues like hearing their voice in a stream, a jp name that ends with ko, a fujo work or two, etc, but try to not post unless you are 90% sure. If you are not sure, ask itt first.

This artist (ariekochan) recently posted a nsfw commission after getting more ecchi with it, they seem kind of embarrassed by it but I think given how fantastic it looks kind of proves op's point about women just drawing it with more knowledge

pongldr's art is cute, however most of her works are explicit.
This one is tricky. I have always remembered Kamiya Tomoe to be a female artist, but they are a very old artist and have been active for so long that I don't remember where my evidence for this thinking came from. They have accounts and pages everywhere, from pixiv to nicovideos and I couldn't find what I wanted I think.
Zucchini is well known to be female. Or is stated to be such on FB and I've yet to see anyone say otherwise.
Bonus: For some reason the Hello Project wiki for Morning Musume has a page for Shining Musume which implies h-artist Shiwasu no Okina is a woman. But all evidence I could find implies the contrary. Would be the most perverted woman in Japan if true.
Kagesaki Yuna is more of a /c/ artist generally but every now and then...
