Why do some SSR outfits don't apply the wet effects properly? Like only the face has the extra wet effect when the outfit is worn.

Your mods could be fucking with something.
Also lighting plays a significant role with normal wetness so it's possible the angle you chose for the daytime/lighting is ass. The effect is a lot more obvious with oil.

When was the last time you checked? The VPN only method stopped working months ago. Now you get a 'no license' error when you try to download the game files. Before if you did the VPN method wrong it would be the standard 'not available in your region' error just trying to add the game to your Library.

the game is like 7 years old and they don't give new players much of anything, you're forced to whale to get going
it's 2025 and they don't give you SSRs of the first two girls you've picked and the default venus ones from 2017 are literal dogshit and the dresses are stamina suits which means they're only barely useful to beat the main quests
even if you do get ssrs the game doesn't give you materials to max it all out to level 90, you literally have to grind for every bit of unlock and level up stone
then there's the fp bottles, while you will gain levels fast you'll plateau to like level 40-50 and around 200 stamina; the year 1 players got gifted hundreds of fp bottles that they never really cared about it but for late joiners you have to roll for that week's trendy suit and use owner's room to farm 3 fp bottles every 20 hours, if you didn't roll for a trendy that week you'll be bleeding fp bottles down to zero

Like I said, if you're afraid then create a new Steam account. You can have two different accounts in your PC, and if for some stupid reason it gets banned, then you won't have any problem.
I have a 12 years old account and I downloaded this game like 5 years ago, got zero problems whatsoever (but that was 5 years ago). I even bought v-stones this year with zero problems.
