Can do both, the default just has all the usual sdxl resolutions and it picks between them per seed / gen. You can set custom ones there it's kinda a booger to do cause it's not intuitive and I don't know if he fixed it in later ones, like if you copy / paste into the box with the resolutions it won't stay, you have to put them in one at a time from the width / height boxes. I just leave it on default cause it's got enough variety between it.

When you generate images using the usual available methods for stablediffusion models, the metadata of the generation parameters gets embedded on the image file. Such data is usually lost when uploaded in here since the system clears it, so uploading it to a third party file hoster (catbox being the most popular here) retains it.
