I guess it would depend on the model, but a few things I started doing to improve my backgrounds: If you use "indoors" or "outdoors" in your positives, try putting "door" in the negs. Sounds a bit stupid, but it actually improved things for me. Maybe add some tags for perspective (low-angle view / high-angle view / from below / from above / dutch angle / atmospheric perspective etc.) or "blurry background", add something like "ceiling" for low-angle views and so on. Also try different aspect ratios.
There might be better solutions, but this is just what I feel helped me.

You need to control the background too my man, you cannot just prompt 1girl, standing, large breast, bikini, and expect a day at the beach. You need to prompt the palm trees, umbrellas, towels, the sun, clouds, the sea, a tiki bar/hut, a resort/hotel all the way in the background, some crabs scampering around, a beach volleyball game close to where you are, etc.

Then again, why must it be at the beach? maybe your bikini girl is just sunning herself on the resort, laying on a sunbed, shades on, suntan lotion, poolside, you get the picture. You need to control that shit, you cannot let it run wild unless you enjoy gatcha gaming with your images.

half the reason im using a merge that does a decent job of getting rid of it, cyberfix is alright too if you still want close to WAI like reliability without as much ai gloss (both are kinda merges just much closer to base), still noticeable from the cyberrealism training but not as bad, i think just some level of it is popular in any recent datasets so the AI kinda fixates on it

0.3 denoise for img2img is usually plenty even for fairly high detail mixes, beyond that you do end up getting more changes and might be better off with controlnet or iterative latent stuff
