Her expression is cute but if anything I think it's a lot lewder than usual with how huge he made her boobs, the outfit and ambiguous tail. Yeah he doesn't do commissions sadly and even if he started you'd need to jump through many hoops now to even give him your money, or if you just meant buying physical exclusives in general then I feel that. I won't go through the hassle of buying through proxies so just gotta hope for good previews on auctions or that he includes them in a future triage x volume or an artbook.

So besides fantia porn what would you like to see him do once Triage is over?

An artbook that includes everything Triage X related he's drawn that wasn't in the last one, then starting a new series that's explicit, borderline h or preferably full on hentai if that would still pay the bills. Inazuma clearly has his preferences and shouldn't contain himself anymore with the pure virgin mcs, I think it could be more interesting if he goes wild with it and stops blueballing readers while having some semblance of a story.
