I really need to get off my but and look into video gen...I tried some basic img2img back in the very early days (when most people were still on NAI), but the results just having a ten-second clip adapted from a GIF of a bouncy gravure model running towards the camera were disappointing though not particularly time consuming. My local setup is using Forge Couple extension with reForge.

In my experience the most functional way is to use Loras with multiple character (Character packs), this sides steps the issue of having two loras fighting each other.

Using two separate loras at lower weights can still work, but it seems to depend heavily on lora in questing and how they were trained. Inpainting is always an possibly solution, but if you want AI to generate character for you, some kind of extension that can direct loras and prompt to specific areas of the image is required (for me this is Forge Couple).

You still using generator services, right? I don't think those can work with two character lora.

If was two super famous character it would be possible even on generation services.

But for obscure characters with lora you need local generation since you need to use regional prompter.

Technically you can still try but without regional prompter it will mix character.

To generate two characters you need to prompt a general prompt, a particular prompt, then separate them by the code "BREAK"
For example

Would be a formula. But, as I said you need local so you can apply the regional prompter or is useless.
You can try the formula in generation services, but you will mostly only get right both girls once each 100 tries, most of the time it will mix the characters.

In this case it was a fairly straight forward in-painting task.
I was able to find your image on booru and grab the tags it would have been trained with if it was in the dataset. and used those as a base, in addition to feeding your image. In this case I was using NovelAI so it probably knew your artist already and that would have helped with the style matching although it wasn't perfect, you saw a few where I played around with adding other artists to the style just to see what it would do.

If you gen locally even if you don't use regional prompter you may still get results and you can find works around.

You may even try to inpaint them with one lora after making a generic gen (you shouldn't do this nowdays at all like you should not use depth maps for hands, that's outdated techniques but is certainly an option)

But nothing of that will work on the generation service. Now, it MAY work, of course. But generation services work with points, you have to use points/money for every individual generation.

What you proposed is simply not factible because it will waste a bazillon points, is not a realistic approach for that guy because he is not gonna waste a bazillon points in trying to get something.

It "helps" but is not magic since all BREAK does is resetting priorities.

With regional prompter activated, the BREAK command separates the prompts in the image sections.

But when you use the BREAK on ingle prompt without regional everything it does is resetting the priority of the tags.

You know the tags used first have more priority than the tags used last, right? What BREAK does is reset the priority.

For example if you promt "short hair, long hair" the generation is going to priorize short over long hair.
If you prompt "short hair BREAK long hair" the priority of "short hair" and "long hair" are now the same.

So what BREAKS does is increasing your odds by controlling de priorities on overlapping elements..

For example, lets say you want to make 2 girls, one with blonde hair and ponytail and the other with short hair.

If you prompt "2girls, ponytail, blonde hair, short hair, black hair" what it's gonna happen is that most of the gens are gonna have two girls with ponytail and both will trend to be blonde.
Of course, you can still get what you want by chance, one blonde and the other with black hair. But the odds are against you because "ponytail, blonde" is the priority

If you use BREAK between "blonde, ponytail" and "black hair, short hair" the chances of you getting 2 different girls with those traits is highter because the priority of the tags is equal-

Another example, lets say you want the girl to be holding an sword and a pov hand holding an sword. If you prompt "1girl, holding sword, pov hand holding sword" you will mostly get the girl holding the sword and sometimes by chance the pov hand.

Now, if instead of that you prompt "1girl, holding sword BREAK pov hand holding sword" your chances of actually getting both of them holding the sword is highter.

But illustrious and noob are biased against producing two girls with similar features in one image, unless you add sisters, mother_and_daughter, etc. And the model tries to fullfill both tags, so it will try to have both blonde and black hair in the image. Here's a 9-batch as proof.

A better example would be only one girl wearing sunglasses, because there's no no_sunglasses tag, or one girl with dark skin because there is no normal_skin tag to use for the other girl. Lacking an opposite in the same prompt the tag is likely to be applied to both.

I've reached the end of what I can accomplish with basic knowledge of Forge, even utilizing online guides. Most of them assume you just want to make basic porn. I tried using "Break" as shown here, but I either get Airi and Lyra cosplaying as each other or an amalgamation of the two. Got some really cute images though I guess.

Guess it's time to learn how to do character loras first. Don't know how or even if it'll improve my gens, I'm not the most creative person here. Maybe I'll see you on the other side.

This may not help but you're using very low resolution for the base gen. SDXL works best at 1 megapixel, which is 1024 square or a rectangle with the same area. Your 1024x576 is barely half of that, should be something like 1344x768. That might give you a cleaner base image yo upscale from.

With the eyes, the left girl's are fine, won't even see any issue without zooming in. There's a weird streak of blue going through the pupil, and the bottom part of the iris is made out of two colors with a sharp border, as if something cast a shadow on it. The right one's though is made out of like six colors at random, even the pupil is blue and the tear is a square instead of a...well, teardrop. There's also a weird trace of black eyeliner at the bottom of both eyes. This is all stuff that inpainting or adetailer should resolve on their own, simply the model not having enough resolution to work with. Not really sure what happened in your case, why it didn't work.

To increase my original image to 1344x768 before I wanted to run off and read a guide for a couple hours. I genned 12 images, liked none, genned 12 more images. Got one I liked an image where Airi had pointed ears and both girls had flat chests, succubus horns, wings and tails. Put it in Extra to quadruple the size in order to give the model more pixels to choose from. Put that in Img2img with a few standard prompts like flat chest, heterochromia and succubus in order to improve the quality. Selected Airi's pointed ears and genned human ears, it took several iterations and I needed to bump up the denoising strength to 0.7 in order to get it to gen human ears. Selected Airi's hair and lightened it with denoise set to 0.2. This took several iterations where I kept throwing the output back into the input to get it from red to pink. Selected Lyra's stomach, set denoise to 0.5 and genned her womb tattoo. It looked like a rose but it was fine for now because I knew I would update it later. Went to inpaint sketch and drew for about an hour to cover up Airi's tail, wings and horns. It replaced her left horn with some sort of melted headpiece, leaned into it, threw it in Inpaint and inpainted a mini crown. Tried to update Airi's expression. Selected her eyes and tried genning ones where she wasn't scowling. After about 20 attempts I gave up and just went with the one that looked okay. Selected Lyra's eyes and genned slit pupils. Thre the entire image back into Img2img with the prompt, flat chest, pink hair, crowd at denoise 0.3 and it updated the whole image that I could work with. Inpainted across Lyra's chest, genned "small breasts" with denoise at 0.7. After a couple of iterations I liked what I had. Selected Airi's chest and genned "flat chest" to get rid of her bumps the same way. Selected Lyra's womb tattoo and genned it again to improve it. Satisfied with that is the post you see.

After that I got horny and went back to inpaint sketch and drew over their sling bikinis with flesh color. Genned "naked" and liked what I got. Decided to reduce Lyra's hair to long instead of floor length. Edited out her hair along the sides, improved her wing so that it continues straight across. Genned it and liked what I got. Both girls ended up with flat chests ... again. Had to go back and inpaint Lyra's small breasts the same way as before.
