To answer your question, I actually used CN rather than img2img; just out of convenience, I didn't know what to expect (I originally intended to reproduce a different geometric red pattern as the backdrop, but when the model actually inserted her name, I decided that was a good way to go). I did generate a few with her other arm raised in closer imitation, but the pose was overall much more awkward so I took further liberties.

I can't select the checkpoint which I have on the filesystem. I can only create a new node with it. I could probably delete the existing checkpoint node, create a new one with the wanted checkoint, and manually recreate all the needed edges to the other nodes. That seems comically impractically.

If you doubleclick somewhere on the empty workspace you should have the option to create a new "load checkpoint" node (see screenshot).
