I was at this weight in November before a failed recovery attempt, but I was 5% bf vs 10% now. ChatGPT is trying to fatshame me into recovery by explaining that this is what I get for pulling a bait and switch on my body. Now it's catabolizing muscle and hanging onto a lifesaving belly at BMI 15s.

But I see it as a plus. I hit a metabolic wall at 44 kg in November. My hair was falling out, my libido was gone, I couldn't keep warm and the degree of bradycardia was life-threatning. Hell, it was so intolerable I decided to gain to 50 kgs before panicking and relapsing!
But now? I'm relatively alright. I can totally make it to new LW this time. 42 is the preliminary target.

As an (now 48 hour sober) alcoholic, you tend to not eat much if at all when you binge.
I'd go for days eating very little, like less than 500 Calories. When you get into that kind of bend you aren't hungry and most foods just make you want to throw up.
Wake up and start drinking, pass out, continue. I only ate because I knew I would probably end up dead if I didn't.

I'm on a water fast and the only supps I take is a multivit, magnesium at night and those orange tasting vit c water tablets, so I thought I should get some salt in me to stay alive. 1 tsp of iodized salt and 3mins of an hour later I was made fully aware that straight salt is an emetic and was throwing up water, yellow stomach liquid and a little blood on my spit at the very end. I'll go out and get some electrolyte tablets tomorrow, this was very educational.

Went from fat to this (less fat) but at least an improvement. I will never look good as without some muscle to fill me out so I need to gymcel to look half decent is what I'm guessing... we'll see after 3 month noob gains. Lats, chest, delts, abs and arms etc.

- Ordered more semaglutide and dnp caps from china to use after.
200-400 mg dnp for 3 weeks + semaglutide forever til maintenance dose since it seems good for health.

It really does feel like physical progress. Pigged out the start of this year and haven't felt hunger until now which was relieving, last summer I was inching towards the lower end of normal BMI and now that I had a taste of it I want to be as thin as that again if not then thinner still. I've noticed that the thinner I get, the more my preference in men shifts towards thin ones. It might be that when I was chubby, I had a subconscious aversion to thin men because the contrast would make me look even fatter.
Another thing that is increasing in proportion to my thinness is my sense of perfectionism, probably because I have more to lose now, and because I find it all the more frustrating to not look exactly like my ideal when I know that I am not too far away from it.

I get what you mean to some extent, but I still wouldn't see the existence of actual fatness as a positive. Ideally, I'd want the majority to have a BMI in the lower half of the normal range. That way, I could still feel proud of having a better body than most, but without having to look at the overweight or obese, since the sight of them genuinely disgusts me.

Small goals first. Don't worry about the lowest weight for a while. I started at 180lbs 5'0, my "lowest goal" was 140lbs at first because that was the lowest I could remember feeling ok. I got to 150 and moved the lowest to 130, then figured we'd make it 128 which is the line of acceptable and overweight. Then I hit 130 and realized I still looked super overweight. New goal was 115lbs. Pushed it to 110lbs. All I really needed was to keep my eye on the next goal. From obese class 2 to obese class 1 to overweight to straight middle of the road.

Coming from the opposite direction. Last July I was 180lbs (5'8" tall) touching 17X.Xlbs on some good days. Sitting at ~215lbs right now which was where I started that year, thankfully I never stopped running so I'm always burning calories. Part of it is from my wide frame so the only thing I can look forward to is removing depth (primarily belly but fat is everywhere).

The bright side of having gone that low was realizing people like >>18479980 are right and that it can get better/lower. Went from XL to M that year and I refuse to get anything L or larger so I'm stuck with my old clothes and new Uniqlo M stuff to start the wardrobe. Once I get back down there in the span of a few months my goal will be to inch towards 160lbs and below without symptoms especially hair thinning and such.
