I was at this weight in November before a failed recovery attempt, but I was 5% bf vs 10% now. ChatGPT is trying to fatshame me into recovery by explaining that this is what I get for pulling a bait and switch on my body. Now it's catabolizing muscle and hanging onto a lifesaving belly at BMI 15s.

I'm on a water fast and the only supps I take is a multivit, magnesium at night and those orange tasting vit c water tablets, so I thought I should get some salt in me to stay alive. 1 tsp of iodized salt and 3mins of an hour later I was made fully aware that straight salt is an emetic and was throwing up water, yellow stomach liquid and a little blood on my spit at the very end. I'll go out and get some electrolyte tablets tomorrow, this was very educational.

I strategically jettisoned muscle mass to avoid the metabolic basement of endocrine dysfunction I found myself in in november (cold intolerance, no libido, hair thinning, irritability unsatisfactory incomplete evacuation as peristalsis was shot). Preserving a fat reserve should enable me to get to my UGW without plateauing.

I got to 150 and moved the lowest to 130, then figured we'd make it 128 which is the line of acceptable and overweight. Then I hit 130 and realized I still looked super overweight. New goal was 115lbs. Pushed it to 110lbs. All I really needed was to keep my eye on the next goal. From obese class 2 to obese class 1 to overweight to straight middle of the road.

Sitting at ~215lbs right now which was where I started that year, thankfully I never stopped running so I'm always burning calories. Part of it is from my wide frame so the only thing I can look forward to is removing depth (primarily belly but fat is everywhere).

I wish to find some goal beyond weight loss itself. Like modeling for example, or a sport. I want my body to be a reflection of my aspirations; not just an aesthetic exploration.
