wearing a polo makes you look like the help.

Just make sure you have a fit frame and are wearing a solid coloured Lacoste or Ralph Lauren polo. Otherwise you look end up looking like a Best Buy employee or worse an American

No. Polos are just tees for people that think polos are fancier than tees.

Polos are sports shirts. They have nothing to do with swag. Only pussies who are too afraid to wear a proper button up shirt wear them. It's the shirt of choice of fence sitters who can't decide between a crew neck t-shirt and a buttoned shirt, so they wear a chimera that's a mutt of the two. I have more respect for guys who wear a crew neck t-shirt everywhere than polo wearers. At least they have the balls to go all the way.

polos have been ruined by corporate service jobs
wear a polo in any store and it's only a matter of time before someone asks you which aisle something is at

Something about this color combination looks bad. Navy is good but the grey pants and black shoes make it look off.

>>18462839
Green is also not great

Ralph polos are one of the few items that look good on all men, even fat ones

They have their time and place though: at the country club, playing lawn sports, with a baseball cap at a ballgame.

Even worse if you tuck the polo. Then they'll think you're the floor manager and start complaining to you.

Wear a nicer polo and shoes and it's less likely.

why do americans associate polos with retail workers? everywhere else on earth its just regular summer leisure wear you put on when you go to the beach or visit family or whatever

They are chronically underdressed to the point that a collared shirt is considered fancy.

I wear polos to dinner sometimes because I'm eating outside and I'm in Florida. If temperature wasn't so bad I'd be sticking with button-ups with rolled sleeves.

Because that's what they wear? I don't live in the US, but even in my country all electronics store workers wear polos.

I was just thinking about getting this. I'm a tall and thin whitoid so I think I pull of polos + khakis
