Almost no girls do them, very few men do them

People that squat and dead are almost always fit

Because it's harder, requires better form unles you like getting hurt, and has no significant benefits as exercise compared to deadlifts, squats and benches.
Only reason you'd do it is to enter competitions.

Imagine thinking nobody does compound lifts lmao, are you stuck in 2016 or something? Deadlifts and squats are THE MOST common lifts in the world both for men and women. Are you REALLY trying to be contrarian about that in 2025? Holy kek how laggard and disconnected from reality are you

american football athletes typically train with heavy near max barbell lifts like power clean, squat, deadlift, bench, etc. strength training should match your goals in life
