I have some of the more striking features people notice and compliment me on, but as I age the bonyness of my face just makes me look even creepier, I look more like a methhead or something out of a addams family than the guys who have a generic soft normie face. Does this make any sense?

You look creepy because you are a creepy weirdo on the inside (like most of us on this god forsaken website). Beauty comes from within. If you're a degenerate on the inside, you will look like a degenerate on the outside because it will be reflected in your expressions and facial features that will mold themselves to it. Some people look weird and repulsive despite having good features. So clean your mind of all the filth, and cultivate good thoughts, attitude and mindset.
