i bought these jeans all the way back in high school, pretty drippy for a kid in 2005. i have better fits but its a little nostalgic because i've been fading them off-and-on for so long.

i was correct about the fabric! there is no difference between the 60's and 70's jackets in fabric or fit like people think.
a lot of the 60's jackets have way better looking fades but its not because of the fabric -- it's because the CARE INSTRUCTIONS changed and started telling people to wash it hot and tumble dry it. if you look at enough jackets you will see late 70's jackets with crazy nice fades and early 60's ones with mediocre ones.
HOWEVER the 70's jackets have lower quality 2 piece buttons. that's the only difference.
i'm gonna wait around for a dark less faded 60's one in exactly my size. i think the 2 piece buttons really take away from the jacket up close in person and i think it's well worth the price for the 60's ones.
