Currently 6'0 and 173, looking to slim down to twink weight for sweater weather. I've devised the plan of eating 6 hardboiled eggs a day, in addition to around a pound of fruit, i'll start off with strawberries, I'll also buy a half pound of salami, and beef Bologna to last over the course of a week. I'll only drink coffee before noon, and only milk after noon. for the past week now i've been going for a 2 mile walk every day, I'll go along this route twice on my days off, It's very important that I do not malnourish myself, as I work a relatively physical job, and am sated and content with what i'm eating, to maintain a positive state of mind.

Eating twice a day and then just coffee and sugar free soda every time I want to eat snacks, it's been working pretty well.
For encouragement, the trale android app is foss and works pretty well, it displays your rolling average weight loss and how long till you get to your goal weight.

shirataki noodles r delicious if u cook them with delicious things, they absorb flavour very well. my fav is using them in veg stir-fries (just make sure to dry fry them for ~5min to release moisture). if u want even less calories for a very filling meal u can make noodle soup, can easily be under 100kcal if u avoid calorific seasonings and sauces. my fav veggies for shirataki is mushrooms and pak choi, but u can use whatever u like there is lots of vegetables with very low calories. also protip, use msg instead of salt to make up for less sauces ^^

I was prescribed some ampule-like vit d supplements back when my vit d was in the single digits but I stopped them immediately because they caused me extreme anxiety and I have avoided supplementing d ever since. Also now that I'm obese I recognize the shortness of breath in her speech patterns. The strain of fat on the body's organs makes mania worse because your body has to work harder to get oxygen to the brain. I don't wish this condition on anyone. Truly if you hope someone gets fat you have never truly been so fat that it makes you crazy from misery. It's like saying you hope someone gets depression when you think depression is just a bad day. I've experienced countless traumas and nothing has come close to the mental tax I get from waking up with an over 30 bmi. I feel sorry for this woman because I can see the struggle in her eyes. I hope she gets better. Every day I tell myself I'll change only to go back to what I always do.

Lower calorie foods tend to score higher on the satiety index, I guess cause you can eat more for less cal, but I can only eat an apple and feel full as a fat girls sock afterwards.
Also as well as small plates supposedly darker colour plates can help you to eat less, however, I'm not sure how true that is.
Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.

Yeah it seems no one has any idea of what a healthy weight is anymore, I'm 6'2 and 58kg, I understand it's on the lighter side but I don't think I look unhealthy... I don't fast and I eat 2-3 meals everyday. I just make sure I'm eating healthy whole foods at reasonable portions instead of stuffing my face with high calorie slop.
