dark skin has a high ceiling for how good a tattoo can look on it, but the artist really has to know what they're doing and the person getting the tat really has to be open minded that like 90% of their ideas won't work. its not as bad on like mocha skin but on jet black only some colors work and you need really bold contrast and you can only use like 3 colors max to shade.
