How much does your face change in your 20s?
Looking at pictures of myself when I was 19 (29 now) and my skull got FUCKED up. It's much wider and my brow ridge got really pronounced. I never did TRT or anything like that. I look like a caveman now :(

My face got really lean but I removed wisdom teeth at 22 so that could be my reason
