Just get an aisle seat and you're fine. Don't fart the whole way.

>Fit for a flight
Generally you should wear something nice while in public but also comfortable, so try nice wool trous-

Just wear gym clothes or pajamas like the rest of the animals on board.

Wear commuter pants. They're lightweight, comfortable, functional (with zippered pockets) and you won't look like a filthy hobo like the rest of the people dressed in sweatpants. Combine that with a denim jacket and you're good to go.

I rode spirit recently and it was pretty chill. Mostly pajeets, white boomers and well behaved blacks.

the last time i flew spirit i had a screaming baby in front of me and a boomer by my side in a freemason compass hat with the bling rings reading some book freemasonry who was half deaf, talked loud as fuck and kept asking me where he knew me from and if i was famous.
bring earplugs and a neck pillow.

the plane was also shit too both times i flew spirit had one of those extended turbulence where the flight attendants start acting nervous and checking in with the cockpit.

packable clothes in general like that are the way to go. my pants i travel with are basically the oldschool version of those with a wider fit, no elastine and convertible to shorts w/o looking dorky as pants or shorts. the non stretch fabrics are more breathable, look better wrinkled and lose the wrinkles over time when you wear them so they just look a little better all around after they've been stuffed in a bag all day. the wider fit and airier fabric makes them comfy in hotter weather and in cold areas i just wear wool long johns or bike shorts underneath.
the most annoying garments to pack are shoes and jackets. but you can wear those on the flight.
