Seconding this. I've been taking 60mg of Dexamphetamines each morning prescribed for Narcolepsy type two recently I've never been skinnier. Sometimes I'll just get so caught up doing stuff I'll forget to eat anything until the evening, it just straight up turns off your hunger in high doses. I'm sure anybody could fake their way into an adhd diagnoses these days with no issues, even then the price of script stimulants is pennies. Middle schoolers talk a little too loud one time and turn into pharmacies.

None, unless you count caffeine or alcohol as a drug. Never done any drugs either because I'm a good girl.

Coffee like another anon said, I think wine and black coffee are the best at supressing appetite. But then again alcohol has a lot of calories in it.
But I went from about ~25BMI to ~22BMI in just about 2-3 months with the help of black coffee and a bit of wine instead of eating.

I've lost 20 lbs since my peak in October of last year.... holy shit (115 to 95lbs) I overindulged on candy during that time and felt insanely guilty about it, my journal entries from that time were of weight tracking and weightloss motivation. Especially when I switched to black (there is a porn joke in there somewhere) but it sped up when I recently took active measures to lose, like cutting unnecessary snacking, avoiding oily food, and walking a lot. (I have this habit where I listen to music and walk back and forth to stim) I try not to eat late either. All I know beyond vague cal estimates was that I was eating way more than my tdee (1300 fml) and had to monitor my intake to not go above that.

Used to shill the green Apple and tea instead of breakfast in here.
Do you just use teabags or an actual tea pot?
I usually pour a cup of hot water into the tea pot, pour it all out 2 mins later into the same cup and set it aside to cool, in case I need more caffeine later.
Then I completely fill the tea pot with hot water, let it sit for about 10-15 mins with the top open and serve.
Last run sits for about an hour or two with the top closed to keep the temperature longer.

pretty good, as I stated on another post, im 6.3 and half and im at 140lb, 136lb day of my scouting. Ideally you should be skinny enough as a man to see your clavicular bones. In european unites id be 191cm 60kg, 55kg the day of my scouting.
Best tip for men is just not eating and smoking cigarettes + coffee. If you can take peptides it also helps a lot, id consider any CJC derivative or Retatrutide, ozempic will kill your facial structure and will bloat you up for a while.

holy shit i thought i was small at 63cm, your body is insanely goals. did you get some modelling gigs from your scouting day? my friends keep saying i should start modelling but i'm already kinda demotivated just from being really short (160-163cm, havent measured in a while)

right now my diet consists of eating 200g of chicken once daily with a couple of fruits mixed in (usually 1 banana and 1 orange, sometimes some other ones) alongside taking the following supplements:
2x fish oil
1x iodine
1x one of pic related
the idea of taking a potassium supplement lowkey freaks me out because that can cause like heart arrhythmia if you fuck up the dosage, right? but i definitely don't reach my daily suggested potassium otherwise so i may need to get on it. also definitely going to invest in a collagen supplement

I like to check this board cuz ive got an interest in losing weight but i realize that the more i think about food the more extreme i get about it (it always leads to binging anyway) and since my willpower if finite, using all of it solely to restrict myself would be a waste of neurons so instead i just keep myself busy as much as i can to not think about food, and by that i dont mean feeding my brain junk (doomscrolling, netflix, etc) but actually doing an activity thay requires your entire focus such as studying, sewing and painting. Not only am i becoming skinnier but my soul is being fed the best food there is + i'm building my confidence up by achieving what i envisonned

i kind of doubt any reputable surgeon would be willing to operate on me when i'm this underweight, but beyond that i feel like getting any kind of cosmetic surgery when you already have body dysmorphia is just the start to completely bogging yourself... no clue what lemon bottle or dut are i just go with good old fashioned starvation. doubt i'll make it to 60 or 70 years old anyway but i just cope by telling myself the extra facial fat will come in handy when i'm older.

If all of this can be blamed on your pursuit of your dream body then i think it's just better to give it up or find another way to achieve it, maybe with slower results or whatever negative thing you can think of. I mean is a perfect body really worth if the road you took to get it leaves you feeling like an empty shell. Remember who are getting skinny for, the fire emblem fag who wanted to look better in the mirror. Now if you can't even recognize yourself then you're not sculpting your dream body, you're actively giving up on anything that lead to this moment. Even so, i dont think this is sustainable on the long term, cuz such unnatural ways will eventually lead to a binge. Personally i dont starve starve myself i just refrain from eating more than what my body requires cuz that's thats how much energy i'm gonna need for the day. I have not taken supplements, just focused on deficit. I have lost 16 kg. It's been ~2 months. I definitely believe it was worth it, my ego has risen, but I don't know how much longer I can keep my willpower up. I do get the feeling I'm overdoing it. I'll surrender my 1500 cal deficit for 500.
I think I'm lucky because I don't get binging. Even on days where I eat my tdee, I don't get the urge to go beyond. I've stalled, but never regressed Β―\_(γ)_/Β―

It's certainly doable if you have the willpower.
But I'd recommend going on a 300 to 500 cal deficit and progressing from that.
Otherwise there's a good chance you'll quit midway or pig out after the 3 months.
If you start off with too big of a restriction your body might try save energy wherever possible instead of burning the excess fat.

When I started my deficit, last September I believe it was, I aimed for around a 500 deficit from my TDEE which I calculated at around 1800-1900, I steadily lost weight went from 90+ kg down to 58kg but have plateaued at that for last few months (got sloppy with my restriction desu). I've just started a new deficit for next few months going for similar figure now 800-900 cal a day to try and shed that last few kg of fat(I need to restrict by 32,000cal to loose 4-5kg, in theory) But I'm used to restricting so it shouldn't be too hard for me. I'd recommend as this anon said
