What exactly is wrong with slim pants?
Unless you're 6ft+, wearing baggy pants will make you look even shorter.

What is wrong with slim pants? WHAT IS WRONG WITH SLIM PANTS??!? Like wow.

nothing is wrong with slim fit, in fact, it they're a classic staple in fashion since the 1960s. Zoomers just wanted to differentiate themselves from millennials so much they went full retard on the baggyness and called everything that didn't have tree trunks for legs "skinny jeans". I'm glad zommer baggy fashion is becoming recognized for the cringy shit it is.

The only men who should wear slim pants are SLIM men. If you're a fatfuck or have gymcel with ham thighs, then stick to straight leg and relaxed fit pants, or else you'll look like a woman.

he looked like that because he was poor and working class and, crazy I know, worked in some fucking mine or shit. This was mass produced garbage of its day. It was the same shit with soviet uniforms, all baggy, ugly and shapeless, while nazis from to to bottom dressed sharp and stood the test of time.

That's not baggy, you millennial faggot. That's what normal pants look like. Your skinny jeans and millennial tapered pants are gay. Also, WTF are you talking about? Nazis never wore slim pants.

Men can and should still wear trousers with an 8 inch leg opening

Big baggy 90s jeans are for teen girls

This. Being slim and wearing fitted clothes will always be timeless. People are gonna look back at the baggy trend and cringe just like everyone else did when they look back at the early 2000s.

Slim isn't skinny, you moron. You're most likely just fat and have wide legs so anything slim is skin tight on you.

Generally slim cuts make you look slightly homosexual, and they limit the available mobility in the crotch area which renders the pants/jeans as less functional. If you’re looking for the most β€œtimeless” cut or silhouette, the answer is not to overcompensate with bagginness like the zoomers, but to have a balanced straight/relaxed cut. Relaxed does not mean baggy. The goal is to have looseness in the leg so that your pants are actually functional and not restrictive, and so that the hem opening isn’t so tight that it proportionally makes you look like you have huge feet.

Nta but the nazis definitely wore slim pants when not in combat dress. Hitler himself can be seen essentially wearing skinny fit pants below the thigh
Anonymous No.18515924
I was watching The Birdcage, and thought Robin Williams' costumes were pretty nice. He's a short guy wearing quite wide-legged trousers, but the whole effect is quite flattering. I think slim and skinny fit can have the opposite of the intended effect depending on how it's balanced with the upper body

Those aren't slim pants. They look "slim" because they're stuffed inside their knee high boots.

Because millennials and zoomers are both retarded in their own way. Like anon said, it’s the black and white mentality that makes them both look like clowns. Just buy some vintage 501 cuts, it is arguably what looks the best and will never go out of style

Those were used because they were easier to wear with boots, while still having a wide roomy fit in the thighs and hips. Not because they wanted a slim fit look below the knees. They were a practical piece of clothing. Unlike modern slim fit and skinny pants that make no sense because they're really uncomfortable to wear and look feminine on most men.

There's nothing modern about skinny fitting pants. They were the status quo forever as soon as we ditched the Greek and Roman robes. Pants only got larger with the advent of mass production, and eventually purposely as rebellion with inner city black gang bangers. Poverty is what they exude essentially, modern day peasantry.

~75% of the American population is overweight/obese, thus wearing slim jeans (or jeans of any size for that matter) looks hideous. In fact no matter WHAT most Americans wear they will look hideous, because they are hideous to begin with.

Any advice on buying normal-fitting pants for guys with large thighs? Nearly everything I have either shrink-wraps to my legs or could fit an extra person with how much extra waist it has.
