- For one, you don't tuck with low rise pants. Get at least mid rise or preferably high rise pants, and wear them at your waist. Don't sag them like a niggerfaggot.
- Wear a regular fit shirt with enough length so that it doesn't get pulled out completely when you raise your arms or do anything physical.
- And once you've tucked your shirt, raise your arms so that the shirt comes out a bit. Then flatten the extra fabric over your belt/waistband to get an even drape (like this guy in picrel). That will give you good mobility while still keeping your shirt tucked in.
