Fat people should just fast for 30-120 days until they aren't fat anymore. Then they should start a routine of cardio with high intensity and endurance, resistance training with compounds and accessories, yoga and flexibility training. Start eating only natural foods without refined sugars or goybean oils. Why even worry about clothes until you can buy them at a good size
