Taking gear isn't effay, my nigga. Hit the gym and train with HIT-protocol.
Avoid 3x15 sets, like most faggots do in the gym. Just 2 sets, one set warm-up with light weight. Second set with alot of weight and minimum of 6 reps, all out to maximum of muscle failure.
You can get huge with that training style naturally.
