ya i think its only really a issue if ur doin squats and getting jeans that fit proper. If you stay lean, it will take a whole lot of mass and work for your upper body to be a real issue. For me, the slim fit oxford shirts are a bit tighter but still functional, i feel like its to the benefit of the female gaze. My back is huge now and my lats fill out my shirts, another issue i see is like my shirt acting like a mop for sweat for parts of my upper back/chest which sticks to my body. This is more apparent in lightweight shirts.
Fit-wise though I feel like I just look better in most clothing, like I fill out the piece as if it was designed for me, which also gives me confidence and improves my self esteem.
