Eh. If a person's already good looking then a tooth gap won't take anything away from them but if a person's already ugly it'll only make them look worse.
I'd argue similar for stuff like acne, LOTS of freckles or moles or skin tags, vitiligo, unibrows, etc. If you're already attractive they won't detract from your beauty but if you're already ugly they'll only make you look worse.
