his thumb placement is wrong, men who hold suitcases cross their thumb over to their fingers to better perform the vertical suitcase lift, men who do not typically use suitcases have a forward thumb grip in order to do an angled suitcase lift (a tilt). this usually is because they are climbing up and down stairs as opposed to taking elevators and lifting the suitcase to an elevated position (car boot, plane luggage compartment, train overhead tray).
his jacket is tailored too aggressively in at the waist, giving him ridiculous proportions, overmasculine, these long trenchcoats are supposed to create a boxy tall shape not a v-taped broad-narrow-broad shape which makes him look shorter and more feminine, since his hips flare out at the pockets, so the silhouette is wrong.
the way he grabs and shows his hat is the way he has seen people on youtube do it, clearly he has watched a lot of tutorials and is experienced with the movement. unfortunately people on youtube showing the technique (called a french pinch) are demonstrating it in reverse (so you can follow along) so he is doing it exactly like them instead of in a mirror, so he would know how to put on and take off someone else's hat but for himself it is completely wrong so visually it looks wrong when he shows the flourish. it is the same as teaching someone a magic trick vs performing it to an audience, he is showing you the wrong view because he learned to perform the action by rote instead of in a mirror so that the move appears normal to an observer. his shoes are period incorrect and too polished (mirror polish on black is ridiculous) and too pointed. overall there is a mismash of problems.
gloves inside the handkerchief pocket? insane, gloves are always on the outside pocket. light brown leather suitcase without brown leather shoes and with light grey calf leather? insane not matching the leather tones. tie without tie pins? purple with pink accents without matching cufflinks-
