>>76238618 (OP)High fat, low carb moderate protein with a caloric intake of 1600-1800. Walk at least 2 miles a day (preferably outside) no matter the weather or how you feel. do four or five sets of 25 push ups every day (timing doesnโt matter) no matter what else you do. Every day. Eggs, avocado (no more than 1 per day), fatty red meat, water (do not drink anything with calories), black coffee (again no sugar or cream aka carbs and empty calories), carrots, cheese, Olives, maybe some cured bacon once every week or less as a treat. Do not eat fruit at all for a few months. With a strict low carb diet youโll start to treat fruit as a treat like candy and itโll be a blessing.
Youโll drop a decent amount of weight and mostly fat. Eventually transition into higher protein, moderate fat and low carb to maintain this and build more muscle. Carnivore is good for this and even the first part. Ignore any carb obsessed retards who reply to this. Youโre not, and wonโt be, at the point where youโll need carbs for athletic performance.
Some will say this requires will power but undoing years of damage no matter what diet or route you take will require willpower. Carnivore, if you like meat, will leave you full and satiated and happy and if youโre actually following that WOE then itโs not prohibitively expensive because you arenโt eating other shit.
