I'm 6'4, and, when I was 20, I was very insecure about my height (inb4larp).
Why? Well because my younger brother is a freak giant and is 6'8. He played basketball in college, got a lot of opportunities that I probably was short changed out of just by being THAT tall.
I stopped giving a shit. But, at the time, it REALLY bugged me. Like bugged me to the core. How could my blood relative be so much taller than me?
The point is: If you fixate on a negative aspect of your appearance / situation / something you don't inherently have control of improving in a significant manner, you will be miserable. It's like a tenet of life.
