Working out is nice, I like doing it. But getting 180 grams of protein every single day is making me go insane. I just sit there shoving chicken into my mouth, I don't even want to eat anymore.

1:1 protein to bodyweight is a stupid meme. I promise you that you are shitting out half of it.

Anyways you need variety. Do some greek yogurt mix it with a scoop of whey and suddenly you've got 35mg protein quick and easy to slurp down.

Skill issue
go insane and eat the same thing or add some variety
easy obvious choice
You aren't tired or confused, just lazy in your food prep
Get serious and learn to cook various high protein delicious meals like a responsible adult
You don't want to do that though, you want to complain on a monkey hair braiding social book club

I hope you're cutting because anything else than a cut doesn't justify eating that amount of protein.

I eat 1 lb of chicken for dinner only

I get 250p easily and I'd love to eat more, but it's expensive and I need to restrict calories

Apparently you don't like eating, like at all. So why choose a sport where that is fundamental lol

Maybe you just need to learn 2 cook

A half pound of chicken breast has ~70g of protein. They’re sold in two packs equaling 1 pound. That’s ~140g in ether one or two meals from the meat source alone. If you’re struggling for 180g it’s because your meals suck, not because it’s difficult

Question for who knows this shit to the Z.
A lower protein intake (like 1.2-1.4g/kg) slows down progress but never halts it, correct?

Half a pound doesn t have 70 g of proteins AT ALL, dumb mother fucker.
It s much more around 40, at best since you cook it before eating it.

That's because it isn't meant to be eaten at 2grams per lbs of lean body mass

In fact, that is an absurd number
Timing is much more important than the number of grams
If you're eating it willy nilly then your muscle will not increase
Same goes with carbs

Read up on Net Nitrogen Utilization, Anabolic window, Micronutrient diet (rather than focusing on macronutrients), gut lining issues....

In fact, if you are infected, whether it be viral/fungal or parasitic infection then your glomerulus might be leaking any protein you are trying to digest

Also protein is best utilized syngergestically with other minerals and nutrients, so just gobbing down 200 grams of proteins out of micronutrient deficient chicken is as efficient as eating saw shavings for building muscle

good job on falling for gym routines and suggestions written by steroid freaks from 90s though

You don't need that much dumbass. You fell for powder industry shills. Also do you not drink milk or something? It's 3-4 grams per sip.

If on a consistent lifting routine you only need 20-30% more protein than the average person in your weight category. Don't be dumb, anyone eating 180g of protein a day is excessive, you'll just shit a lot of that out. Your body doesnt suddenly become able to process it faster.

Why would you pay 3x the cost of milk for dried out expired milk dust? Just eat the yogurt and drink milk, or just drink more milk because the yogurt is just milk too. Though more expensive because it's processed.

yes that is why trainers advice on eating 5-6 times a day making every meal with 30g of protein, thus you eat every 3-4 hours and get all your protein into the muscle.

I used to eat 2 times a day, 100g of protein and then 60g later in the day. It is not optimal. Your body gets at best 50 percent of all this protein that you eat. The rest get converted to other stuff.

you do need that much, but you are supposed to go to a dietician who knows what they are doing to plan it out for you. anons would be fine winging it if they were aiming for .5:1 ratio, but the 1:1 is too much for them to handle due to their food restrictions

I have been eating 220g protein for the last year and this thread redpilled me, i did my calculations and i need around 120g protein only, the question is: If i wanna reach 2800 calories a day wtf do i eat that's not protein? I mean getting to 200g was really easy because i take a scoop of protein aswell. Should i eat bread and butter?

For me it's 0.7g per lb of LEAN BODY MASS. That would be 119g for a 200lb with 15% body fat.
