I still ice my balls a few times a day. It actually works really well. One of the few things I have tried that has reliable results other than eating walnuts. It takes about six or so sessions before it starts to work.

I tried icing my balls for a while, too. It gave me a higher libido and slightly bigger flaccid penis, not sure about erection quality or frequency at the time. I think it was all down to better circulation but who knows.

That's why I don't fall for any memes. The amount of bullshit I've heard in my 20 years in the fitness community could fill a mountain. I just do one set with a balanced split, eat more protein than the average person and a balanced diet, and that's it. You don't need special vitamins or supplements or extreme volume (unless training endurance). It's literally so fucking easy to be fit, just takes time and consistency and pushing past failure.
