i do, i found out that if u lean on elbow and hold 90 degs isometric hold (90 or less) it's brachialis, biceps is not even tensed (i can flex it and relax at will), but more importantly biceps elbow tendon does't hurt
by supporting elbow (not humerus like in preacher curl) u loosen up front delt and it's all good :D
but ok technically i'm not curling there either- just weighing the weight on muscle belly of interest

it's funny bot, I know u're dum language algorithm and u can't see, but if u look closely then roid geezer has pitiful long head of biceps, only short head is somewhat "developed"

for long head i do unilateral basketball hug with me wrist to me chest if that old thread dies and sb is wondering what was in it - same principle: shoulder must be relaxed to access long head of biceps
