I'm trying ground beef, eggs, salt&pepper. It's not gross, but it's definitely not great. Did I do something wrong?

Cook them with veggies, bell peppers, onion, eggplant. Optional, add Fajita/Burrito/Taco zeezoning. Batch cook it for days. I do that with either ground beef/pork or chicken.

Yeah if I threw some garlic, onion, and veggies in it, I'm sure it would go from a 3/10 to 6/10. I keep seeing people shill ground beef and eggs, so I thought I'd give it a go

You’ve gotta be baiting. Ground beef n eggs shills are talking about primary proteins, not an actual dish. Eat ground beef with vegetables and spices, rice if you can afford it, do eggs instead for lighter meals.

That isn't ground beef but yeah, do it like this and just form the ground beef into patties. Minced beef is gay.

I used to do this, but the farting was out of control with this combo. Especially eating it in the morning, I was just a bad fart cloud for the whole day.

Now I just eat ground beef with vegetables and do it later in the evening. Salt, pepper, a little garlic aioli and steam the veggies

Corned beef is best. What ither cuts of beef can i slow cook? I like how the fat turns out with slow cooker much more than fat on a steak or similar done in pan

Are you me? I do 2 bell peppers, 1 onion, 2 big potatoes or 3 med ones cubed, tossed with a little oil and air fried. and 2lbs of 93/7 ground beef, fajita or taco mix, pack in containers and top with 100g of fage yogurt. The greek yogurt balances out the salty spicy taco seasoning. Pretty good. Remove the beef, weigh out if you need to meanwhile the veggies saute.

Makes 5 servings at around 490 calories, 52g protein, 33 grams of carbs and 15g of fat.

>handful of chopped frozen onions in bottom of glass bowl
>half pound of ground beef placed in loose ring around bowl
>salt
>magnesium chloride for that mg yep
>cut up green banana
>microwave for 3-6 minutes depending on your power setting until its cooked.

Then add whatever the fuck else you want. I like flaxmeal (fiber, copper, skin health), gelatin powder (cheaper than collagen), kefir (probiotic), ginger juice (T), black seed oil (generally just good), and sometimes a spoonful of miso or sauerkraut for more probiotics, and often 1-3 raw garlic cloves.

you can buy premixed stir fry veggies and cook them in low cal loe mein sauce with noodles.

Also since you have both beef and eggs, make a breakfast burrito. generiously season the beef or use a seasoning packet, mix the eggs with a generous amount of cheddar, and if you are lazy throw in the premade stir fry veggies. A good tip is to lightly coat the burrito in some kind of oil and air fry it to make everything crispy.

You could also make a beef/taco bowl.

Lastly I would suggest making homemade burgers. I use a low calorie knock off version of the Swensons Galley Boy sauce, or just BBQ sauce, again with good cheese

The beef looks boiled. How did you fuck it up? Did you wash the beef before cooking it?

Burritos with just beef are pretty good. Microwave flour tortilla with a few drops of water on it. Beef better with salt and pepper.

Take the beef, make it into a well spiced patty, fry it, alongside it make a fried egg, put one on top of the other, put it all in a nice grilled bun. Feel free to add vegetables or something. Problem solved.

I don't get it. I can eat scrambled eggs with no seasoning and it's delicious. Beef with no flavorings and it's delicious. Mixing them is double delicious for me. Maybe you just ruined your taste buds over time. I've spent a lifetime avoiding sauces 99.99% of the time and enjoying foods natural flavors. Including simple white rice.

Do you guys just not care about your cholesterol? Eat more veggies and limit the amount of eggs you eat per week to like 4-6 depending on your size. Do you guys seriously want to end up like those body builders (destroyers really) that do no cardio and die of a heart attack?

>Do you guys just not care about your cholesterol?
Of course, and my cholesterol is fine despite consuming a dozen eggs a week.
>want to end up like those body builders (destroyers really) that do no cardio and die of a heart attack?
So the problem is lack of cardio and not high cholesterol? Great, I do cardio.

blood chlolesterol levels are not meaningfully affected by dietary cholesterol. You need to eat dietary cholesterol to support hormone production.

Blood cholesterol is in part made worse from lack of sunlight. And if your LDL and HDL are both high this is more protective than low HDL and medium LDL.
