Would usually cook it myself on a lunch break in under 10 mins
> Air dried wheat noodles>Tofu>Frozen veggies>Onion, maybe mushroomsBoil water in kettle
Throw tofu in wok, then onions/shrooms
Put noodles/frozen veg in bowl add boiling water let sit for a few minutes
Soi sauce, dark soi sauce, shaoxing (rice cooking wine, whatever the fuck it's called, rice wine vinegar is ok too)
In go noodles/vege and add minced garlic and/or ginger
Stir it up
Add Water/corn starch slurry and cook for 30 secs
Shitload of sesame seeds from your sesame seed shaker (you do have a sesame seed shaker right?)
Dash of fresh sou
Wa lah
Incredibly good macros, usually make more than necessary and fridge it up in glassware containers
